The BTRA does not collect, keep, store, archive, process or receive any personal identifiable information on any of our residents. Residents are encouraged not to pass on any of their personal identifiable information to the BTRA and the BTRA does not encourage anyone to provide them with their personal identifiable details whether via the BTRA website, Twitter or Facebook.
Where a resident contacts the BTRA you are encouraged to only provide details of your enquiry anonymously and to not divulge any information that may identify you. Should you provide us with information that may identify you, it will be on the understanding that you have given your explicit consent for the BTRA to be provided with this information where necessary and solely for the purpose of your enquiry. In the event that the enquiry is longer active, your details are destroyed.
